مدلیابی عوامل مؤثر بر پذیرش و اجرای نوآوری آموزشی مبتنی بر برنامه درسی پروژهمحور در نظام آموزش ترکیبی دوره دوم ابتدایی

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر مدلیابی عوامل مؤثر بر پذیرش و اجرای نوآوری آموزشی مبتنی بر برنامه درسی پروژهمحور در نظام آموزش ترکیبی دوره دوم ابتدایی بود.
روششناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی ـ همبستگی مبتنی بر مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل معلمان پایههای چهارم، پنجم و ششم مدارس ابتدایی شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی ۲۰۲۵–۲۰۲۶ بود که از میان آنان ۳۸۴ نفر با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه پژوهشگرساخته شامل سازههای سودمندی ادراکشده، سهولت ادراکشده اجرا، نگرش نسبت به نوآوری آموزشی، خودکارآمدی حرفهای و فناورانه، آمادگی برای تغییر، شایستگی اجرای برنامه درسی پروژهمحور، حمایت مدیریتی و سازمانی، زیرساخت و شرایط تسهیلکننده، فرهنگ همکاری و یادگیری سازمانی، امکانپذیری ادراکشده، قصد پذیرش و اجرای عملی نوآوری گردآوری شد. پایایی و روایی ابزار تأیید شد و دادهها با SPSS نسخه ۲۷ و SmartPLS نسخه ۴ تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد سودمندی ادراکشده، سهولت ادراکشده اجرا و خودکارآمدی حرفهای و فناورانه بهطور معنیداری نگرش نسبت به نوآوری را پیشبینی کردند. نگرش نسبت به نوآوری، آمادگی برای تغییر، شایستگی اجرای برنامه درسی پروژهمحور و امکانپذیری ادراکشده، قصد پذیرش را بهطور معنیداری تبیین کردند. همچنین قصد پذیرش قویترین پیشبین اجرای عملی نوآوری بود و حمایت مدیریتی و سازمانی، زیرساخت و شرایط تسهیلکننده، فرهنگ همکاری و یادگیری سازمانی و خودکارآمدی نیز اثرات مستقیم معنیداری بر اجرای عملی داشتند. مدل بهترتیب ۵۴ درصد از واریانس نگرش، ۶۲ درصد از واریانس قصد پذیرش و ۶۸ درصد از واریانس اجرای عملی را تبیین کرد و شاخص SRMR برابر با ۰.۰۶۱ نشاندهنده برازش مطلوب مدل بود.
نتیجهگیری: پذیرش و اجرای برنامه درسی پروژهمحور در آموزش ترکیبی حاصل تعامل عوامل شناختی، فردی، حرفهای، فناورانه و سازمانی است و برای تحقق پایدار آن باید علاوه بر تقویت نگرش و شایستگی معلمان، حمایت مدیریتی، زیرساخت مناسب و فرهنگ همکاری حرفهای نیز توسعه یابد.
