Presenting a Future-Maker Managers Training Pattern with an Islamic Resistance Approach in Educational Organizations (Case Study: Islamic Azad Universities of Tehran City)

Abstract

Purpose: One of the important and effective organizations in society is educational organizations, and future-maker managers training plays an important role in improving the status of this organization. Therefore, the purpose of this research was presenting a future-maker managers training pattern with an Islamic resistance approach in educational organizations.

Methodology: This study was applied in terms of purpose and mixed in terms of implementation method (qualitative and quantitative). The research population in the qualitative part was experts familiar with the research field in Tehran, which 19 people of whom were selected using purposive sampling method. The research population in the quantitative part was managers of Islamic Azad Universities in Tehran, which 205 peopleof whom were selected using simple random sampling method. The research tool in the qualitative part was a semi-structured interview and in the quantitative part was a researcher-made questionnaire that their validity and reliability were confirmed. The data in the qualitative part were analyzed using the theme analysis method in MAXQDA-2018 software and in the quantitative part were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling in SPSS-27 and Smart PLS-3 software.

Findings: The results of this study indicated that future-maker managers training with an Islamic resistance approach in educational organizations had 8 dimensions of educational (22 indicators in 4 components), leadership (17 indicators in 4 components), communication (15 indicators in 2 components), personality (15 indicators in 5 components), innovation (12 indicators in 3 components), international (15 indicators in 4 components), economic (15 indicators in 4 components) and legal (12 indicators in 2 components). Also, all dimensions in the future-maker managers training pattern with an Islamic resistance approach in educational organizations had a validity higher than 0.50 based on the average extracted variance and a reliability higher than 0.7 based on Cronbach's alpha and combined reliability. In addition, the future-maker managers training pattern with an Islamic resistance approach in educational organizations had a good fit and the model had a significant effect on the dimensions and the dimensions on the components (P<0.05).

Conclusion: Specialists and planners of educational organizations, especially at the Islamic Azad University to improve the future-maker managers training with an Islamic resistance approach can use the identified dimensions and components in this research.
