Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between servant leadership and perceived organizational justice with a commitment to organizational change among Kelat education staff. The present research is a descriptive research type of correlation and is a applied research in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this study is all teachers and managers of Kalat County (138 managers and 810 teachers). 260 subjects were randomly selected according to the Morgan table. Three standard questionnaires of servant leadership, organizational justice and commitment to change were used to collect data. Validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by content validity and their reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha. Data were analyzed using Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests, Pearson correlation coefficient and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study concludes that there is a relationship between servant leadership and perceived organizational justice, and there is no relationship between servant leadership and commitment to organizational change, and there is a significant relationship between organizational justice and commitment to organizational change.
