شناسایی و تبیین مبانی معرفتشناختی برنامه فلسفه برای معلمان (P4T)

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و تبیین مبانی معرفتشناختی برنامه فلسفه برای معلمان و بررسی ابعاد ماهیت معرفت، منابع معرفت، فرایند شناخت، اعتبار معرفت و رابطه معرفت و عمل در این برنامه آموزشی بود.
روششناسی: این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و به روش تحلیلی ـ اسنادی انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه منابع و اسناد علمی مرتبط با آموزش فلسفه و فلسفه برای معلمان بود و نمونهها بهصورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از فیشبرداری و سیاهه وارسی محتوا گردآوری و از طریق کدگذاری و تحلیل تفسیری تحلیل شدند. اعتبار ابزارها نیز از طریق بررسی روایی صوری و محتوایی توسط متخصصان تأیید شد.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که معرفت در برنامه فلسفه برای معلمان بهمثابه فرایندی پویا، انسانی، تأملی و وابسته به تجربه زیسته تلقی میشود. مهمترین منابع معرفت شامل عقل، تجربه، شهود، گفتوگو، زبان، تأمل و تعامل اجتماعی بودند. همچنین فرایند شناخت بر پایه پرسشگری، تفکر انتقادی، بازاندیشی، روایتگری و تعامل میان معلم و یادگیرنده شکل میگیرد. اعتبار معرفت وابسته به استدلال عقلانی، نقدپذیری، ارزیابی انتقادی و هماهنگی اندیشه با تجربه زیسته معرفی شد. یافتهها همچنین نشان داد که رابطهای عمیق و متقابل میان معرفت و عمل تربیتی وجود دارد و معلم در نقش تسهیلگر اندیشه، تجسم عملی معرفت خویش را در فرایند آموزش نشان میدهد.
نتیجهگیری: برنامه فلسفه برای معلمان با تأکید بر تفکر فلسفی، تأمل انتقادی و پیوند میان دانش و عمل، میتواند زمینهساز تحول در تربیت معلم و ارتقای کیفیت نظام آموزشی شود. توجه به مبانی معرفتشناختی این برنامه، امکان بازسازی نظری و بومیسازی آموزش فلسفی برای معلمان را فراهم کرده و به توسعه مهارتهای تفکر انتقادی، خودآگاهی حرفهای و تصمیمگیری آگاهانه در معلمان منجر میشود.
