شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفههای الگوی اجرایی تحول دیجیتال در آموزش و پرورش

هدف: هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و مدلسازی ابعاد و مؤلفههای الگوی اجرایی تحول دیجیتال در نظام آموزش و پرورش است.
روششناسی: این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از تحلیل شماتیک انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل خبرگان حوزه آموزش و تحول دیجیتال بود که با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و گلولهبرفی انتخاب شدند. دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته گردآوری و با استفاده از کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند. برای ارزیابی اعتبار، از شاخصهای CVR و CVI و برای سنجش پایایی، از روش توافق کدگذاران (کاپای کوهن و پای اسکات) استفاده شد.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که الگوی اجرایی تحول دیجیتال در آموزش و پرورش از هفت بُعد اصلی شامل زیرساخت و ارتقای فناوری، توانمندسازی منابع انسانی، تحول در برنامهریزی و محتوا، حکمرانی داده و تصمیمگیری هوشمند، عدالت آموزشی دیجیتال، رهبری و سیاستگذاری، و مشارکت بینبخشی تشکیل شده است. این ابعاد بهصورت معناداری در قالب یک چارچوب یکپارچه با یکدیگر در تعامل بوده و قابلیت تبیین اجرای مؤثر تحول دیجیتال را دارند.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان میدهد که تحقق تحول دیجیتال در آموزش و پرورش مستلزم رویکردی جامع، هماهنگ و چندبعدی است که همزمان به ابعاد فناورانه، انسانی، مدیریتی و عدالت آموزشی توجه داشته باشد.
