ارائه مدل دیجیتالیسازی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران با تأکید بر بهبود کیفیت آموزشی و یادگیری

هدف: هدف این پژوهش ارائه یک مدل جامع دیجیتالیسازی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران با تأکید بر بهبود کیفیت آموزش و یادگیری دانشجویان است.
روششناسی: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و با رویکرد آمیخته اکتشافی (کیفی–کمی) انجام شد. در مرحله کیفی، دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته با 15 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی و مدیریتی گردآوری و با استفاده از نظریه دادهبنیاد نظاممند تحلیل شد. در مرحله کمی، پرسشنامه محققساخته بر اساس یافتههای کیفی تدوین و در میان 280 نفر از اعضای هیئتعلمی، مدیران و کارشناسان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران توزیع شد. دادهها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS-SEM) تحلیل گردید.
یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل مدل ساختاری نشان داد که دیجیتالیسازی آموزش تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر کیفیت آموزش و یادگیری دارد. تمامی مسیرهای مدل از نظر آماری معنادار بوده و ضرایب مسیر حاکی از نقش قوی ابعادی مانند تعامل استاد–دانشجو، روشهای تدریس دیجیتال و کیفیت محتوای دیجیتال در تبیین کیفیت یادگیری بودند. همچنین، مقادیر ضرایب تعیین و شاخصهای پیشبینی نشاندهنده قدرت تبیین و پیشبینی مناسب مدل است.
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتهها، دیجیتالیسازی آموزش بهعنوان یک رویکرد چندبعدی میتواند نقش مؤثری در ارتقاء کیفیت آموزش و یادگیری ایفا کند، مشروط بر آنکه ابعاد زیرساختی، آموزشی، تعاملی و مهارتی بهصورت همزمان مورد توجه قرار گیرند؛ بنابراین، اجرای موفق دیجیتالیسازی نیازمند رویکردی جامع، سیاستگذاری هدفمند و توسعه شایستگیهای دیجیتال در دانشگاهها است.
