ارائه مدلی برای توسعه حرفهای معلمان ورزش در مدارس متوسطه کشور عراق

هدف: این تحقیق با هدف ارائه مدلی برای توسعه حرفهای معلمان ورزش در مدارس متوسطه کشور عراق انجام شده است.
روششناسی: روش تحقیق از نظر هدف توسعهای و از نظر شیوه گردآوری دادهها توصیفی- پیمایشی و از نظر نوع دادهها، کیفی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه متخصصان و اساتید تعلیم و تربیت دانشگاهی در کشور عراق بودند كه دارای دانش آکادمیک در حوزه مربوطه و سابقه انتشار مقاله یا کتاب در زمینه توسعه حرفهای معلمان میباشند. انتخاب نمونهها بهصورت هدفمند صورت گرفته است و حجم نمونه نیز مطابق اصل اشباع نظری 15 نفر تعیین شده است. ابزار تحقیق شامل مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته بود كه جهت سنجش روایی آن از ارزیابی قضاوتهای خبرگان استفاده شده است و برای محاسبه پایایی، از میان مصاحبههای انجام گرفته چند مصاحبه به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و هر کدام از آنها در یک فاصله زمانی کوتاه و مشخص دو بار کدگذاری شدند و میزان توافق بین این كدگذاریها مبنای محاسبه پایایی قرار گرفت. با تحلیل محتوای مصاحبهها و استخراج کدها، ابعاد و مولفههای توسعه حرفهای معلمان ورزش در مدارس متوسطه شناسایی شدند. فرایند کدگذاری نظری دادهها از طریق نرمافزار مکس کیودا نسخه 2020 صورت گرفت.
یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که در پایان فرایند کدگذاری باز 55 مفهوم شناسایی و برچسبگذاری شد. در پایان این مرحله، مفاهیم اولیه شناسایی، تحلیل و دستهبندی شدند تا مقولات فرعی شناسایی شوند. بر این اساس در کدگذاری محوری 19 مقولۀ فرعی از بین کدهای باز استخراج شدند. در نهایت، شش بعد اصلی مدل شامل ویژگیهای معلمان، ویژگیهای مدیران، زیرساختهای مدارس، سیاستهای آموزش و پرورش، فناوری اطلاعات، برنامههای آموزشی آموزش و پرورش شناسایی و تعیین شدند.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج این تحقیق مدل جامعی برای توسعه حرفهای معلمان ورزش در مدارس متوسطه عراق ارائه میدهد که بر ویژگیهای معلمان، مدیران، زیرساختها و سیاستهای آموزشی تأکید دارد.
