بررسی وضعیت موجود ابعاد آموزش شگفتی انگیز از دیدگاه معلمان و مدیران دوره ابتدایی استان خوزستان

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی وضعیت موجود ابعاد آموزش شگفتی انگیز از دیدگاه معلمان و مدیران دوره ابتدایی استان خوزستان انجام شد.
روششناسی: پژوهش حاضر کاربردی از نوع کمی میباشد که با استفاده از روش پیمایشی انجام گرفته است. جامع آماری شامل کلیه مدیران و معلمان شاغل در مدارس استان خوزستان میباشند که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشهای چند مرحلهای 8منطقه استان خوزستان و در مجموع 717معلم و 211مدیر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند.
یافتهها: یافتههای حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داده است که مقدار مقیاس آموزش شگفتیانگیز و همۀ خردهمقیاسهای آن با بیش از 99% اطمینان فراتر از متوسط است. بهبیان دیگر وضعیت موجود آموزش شگفتیانگیز و 14 خردهمقیاس آن بهطور قابل توجهی بالاتر از متوسط است. علاوهبراین، با توجه به میزان میانگینهای محاسبهشده، شرایط وضعیت روحی و عاطفی حین تدریس و آموزش کودکمحور بهتر از سایر عوامل است. همچنین اطلاعات به دست آمده از این پژوهش نشان میدهد که رتبۀ ابعاد مقیاس آموزش شگفتیانگیز با بیش از 99% اطمینان با یکدیگر متفاوت بودند.
نتیجهگیری: در دهه گذشته، نقش شگفتی در آموزش توجه بیشتری را به خود جلب کرده است، احتمالاً برای مقابله با تمرکز بر کارآیی، اثربخشی و نتایج آزمون استاندارد شده دانش آموزان این امر مهم اتفاق افتاده است. بنابراین پیشنهاد میگردد با اینکه در ایران از این دست تحقیقات انجام شده است اما به صورت چشمگیر نیست و لازم است در مدارس ما به معلمان و مدیران توصیه شود از نقش آموزش شگفتی انگیز در مدارس غافل نشوند.
