Abstract

The present study was conducted to explain the philosophical foundations of social education from the perspective of the Qur'an and Atrat and its effect on mental health and prevention of social harms in high school students in Tehran in order to "present a model". In terms of applied purpose, this research was an exploratory mix in terms of data, and in terms of research method, it was of the data type of foundation and cross-sectional survey. The statistical population of this study was in the quantitative part of all high school students in Tehran in 1399, whose number was 2200 people. From them, 384 people were selected as a sample based on Cochran's formula. The sampling method was stratified random. Also, the statistical population of this study was in the qualitative part of all experts in the field of religious and Quranic sciences in 2020. The sampling method from the community was purposeful and based on this type of sampling method, 21 people were selected as the sample. Data analysis of this study was done by both quantitative and qualitative methods. The results showed that the dimensions of social education based on philosophical principles from the perspective of Quran and Atrat include observance of social rules, education, effective social interactions, Islamic behavior and health, behavior based on Islamic culture, respect, religious democracy and consulting others and education. Religious Religious education is one of the consequences of the dimensions of social education based on philosophical principles from the perspective of the Qur'an and Atrat. is. The results also showed that the difference in prioritizing the components of religious education at the level of 99% confidence is significant and based on the ranking of Islamic culture with a rank of 6.21 has the highest priority and the component of Islamic behavior with a rank of 3.20 has the lowest priority. Other results showed that the dimensions of social education based on philosophical principles from the perspective of the Qur'an and Atrat have a significant effect on students' mental health. The results also showed that the dimensions of social education based on philosophical principles from the perspective of the Qur'an and Atrat have an effect on the prevention of students' social harms. Finally, an appropriate model based on the effect of the philosophical foundations of social education from the perspective of the Qur'an and Atrat on the mental health and prevention of social harms of students was presented.
