چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف، مطالعه تطبیقی مدل جذب و گزینش دانشجو معلم در ایران و كشورهای منتخب برتر فرهنگی آیسسکو انجام شد.

روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش به شیوه تطبیقی و با کمک رویکرد برودی انجام شد؛ محیط پژوهش حاضر را کلیه متون چاپی، مقالات، کتب، وبسایت‌ها، اسناد بالا دستی و پایگاه‌های داده موجود در حوزه جذب و گزینش دانشجو معلم در کشور ایران و چهارکشور منتخب در فاصله زمانی 2010 تا 2023 و 1395 تا 1403 تشکیل دادند که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند ملاک محور انتخاب شدند.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد مدل جذب و گزینش دانشجو معلم در کشورهای منتخب مشتمل بر ابعاد هفتگانه (توانایی‌ها و مهارت‌های معلمی، گذرانیدن دوره‌های آموزش حرفه‌ای، گزینش عقیدتی-سیاسی، صلاحیت و شایستگی‌های معلمی، هویت معلمی، شرایط ورودی، آمادگی معلمی) بود.

نتیجه‌گیری: مدل جذب و گزینش دانشجو معلم در کشورهای منتخب دارای ابعاد متنوعی است که بر مهارت‌های معلمی، صلاحیت‌ها، شرایط ورود و هویت معلمی تأکید دارد و می‌تواند برای بهبود مدل ایران مفید باشد.
