Determining the Effective Factors on the Development of Blended Training in Education of Tehran city and Examining the Current Situation

Purpose: Education is one of the effective organizations in the comprehensive development of countries and blended training in this organization includes the use of various and diverse tools for teaching and learning. As a result, the aim of this study was determining the effective factors on the development of blended training in education of Tehran city and examining the current situation. Methodology: This study was a mixed (qualitative and quantitative) study. In the qualitative part, the research population was academic and organizational experts of Tehran city in the 2021-22 academic years, which 19 people of whom were selected as samples by using the purposive sampling method and according to the theoretical saturation principle. In the quantitative part, the research population was managers and deputy directors of education of Tehran city in the 2021-22 academic years, which 242 people of whom were selected as samples by using staged cluster sampling method and according to the Krejcie and Morgan table. The research tool in the qualitative part was a semi-structured interview and in the quantitative part was a researcher-made questionnaire, which whose psychometric indicators were approved. The data of this study in the qualitative and quantitative parts were analyzed with using content analysis and one-sample t-test methods in MAXQDA and SPSS software, respectively. Findings: The results of the qualitative part of this research showed that the effective factors on the development of blended training in education had 30 basic themes, 6 organizing themes and 2 inclusive themes, including organizational factors (with three organizing themes of school structure, school culture and school support) and educational factors (with three organizing themes educational evaluation, educational facilities, and educational management). Also, the results of the quantitative part of this research showed that all six effective factors on the development of blended training in education were higher than the hypothetical average, but only the difference between the four factors of school structure, school culture, educational evaluation and educational management was significant (P<0/05). Conclusion: According to the results of this study, in order to development of blended training in education must be provided solutions to improve the four factors of school structure, school culture, educational evaluation and educational management.
