ارائه مدلی جهت ارتقای صداقت علمی دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی ارشد دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی شهر تهران

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی و اعتباریابی مدلی برای ارتقای صداقت علمی دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی ارشد دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی شهر تهران با شناسایی و تبیین مؤلفه‌های فردی، پژوهشی، تعاملی و سازمانی مؤثر بر آن بود.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و با رویکرد آمیخته اکتشافی انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، مشارکت‌کنندگان شامل خبرگان و متخصصان آموزش عالی، اعضای هیئت علمی، پژوهشگران اخلاق علمی و سیاست‌گذاران آموزشی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی بودند که با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و گلوله‌برفی انتخاب شدند و پس از 14 مصاحبه عمیق نیمه‌ساختاریافته، اشباع نظری حاصل شد. داده‌های کیفی با روش هفت‌مرحله‌ای کلایزی و نرم‌افزار MAXQDA نسخه 12 تحلیل شدند. پایایی کدگذاری با ضریب کاپای کوهن بررسی شد که مقدار 0.79 به دست آمد. در مرحله کمی، ساختار مدل با تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی و مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری اعتبارسنجی شد. کفایت داده‌ها برای تحلیل عاملی با شاخص KMO و آزمون کرویت بارتلت و برازش مدل با شاخص‌های χ²/df، RMSEA، CFI، NFI، GFI و AGFI ارزیابی گردید.
یافته‌ها: آزمون KMO مقدار 0.78 را نشان داد و آزمون کرویت بارتلت معنادار بود (χ²=1425.3، df=153، p=0.001)، که کفایت ماتریس همبستگی برای تحلیل عاملی را تأیید کرد. نتایج تحلیل عاملی و مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری نیز برازش مطلوب مدل را نشان دادند (χ²/df=1.60، RMSEA=0.03، CFI=0.94، NFI=0.93، GFI=0.98 و AGFI=0.92). بارهای عاملی شاخص‌های تأییدشده در دامنه 0.58 تا 0.82 قرار داشتند و همگی از انسجام و قدرت تبیینی قابل قبول برخوردار بودند. بر این اساس، ساختار پیشنهادی متشکل از ابعاد مرتبط با تعهد اخلاقی و ارزش‌های بنیادین، دقت و صحت علمی، رفتار پژوهشی و تعاملات گروهی، انگیزه درونی و وجدان حرفه‌ای، و عوامل آموزشی و سازمانی از اعتبار سازه‌ای مناسب برخوردار بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: مدل اعتبارسنجی‌شده نشان می‌دهد که ارتقای صداقت علمی مستلزم رویکردی چندسطحی و یکپارچه است که در آن تقویت تعهد اخلاقی و دقت پژوهشی دانشجویان همزمان با توسعه انگیزش درونی، تعاملات حرفه‌ای، حمایت استادان و سیاست‌ها و سازوکارهای نظارتی دانشگاه دنبال شود؛ ازاین‌رو، مدل حاضر می‌تواند چارچوبی کاربردی برای طراحی برنامه‌های آموزشی و سیاست‌گذاری دانشگاهی در زمینه نهادینه‌سازی صداقت علمی فراهم آورد.
