تدوین مدل پیشبینی گرایش به فرزندآوری براساس سرسختی روانشناختی و انعطافپذیری شناختی با نقش میانجی اجتناب تجربهای در مدیران زن

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین مدل پیشبینی گرایش به فرزندآوری براساس سرسختی روانشناختی و انعطافپذیری شناختی با نقش میانجی اجتناب تجربهای در مدیران زن شاغل در شهرداری مناطق 4، 5 و 6 شهر تهران انجام شد.
روششناسی: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، بنیادی و از نظر روش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی مبتنی بر مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی مدیران زن شاغل در شهرداری مناطق 4، 5 و 6 شهر تهران بود که از میان آنان 250 نفر به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه انعطافپذیری شناختی دنیس و وندروال، پرسشنامه گرایش به فرزندآوری سودربرگ و همکاران، پرسشنامه اجتناب تجربهای گامز و همکاران و پرسشنامه سرسختی روانشناختی کوباسا و همکاران بود. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS و AMOS و از طریق مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند. شاخصهای برازش مدل اندازهگیری و مدل ساختاری شامل GFI، AGFI، CFI و RMSEA بیانگر برازش مطلوب مدل بودند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که انعطافپذیری شناختی اثر مستقیم مثبت و معناداری بر گرایش به فرزندآوری داشت (β=0.18, P=0.009). همچنین سرسختی روانشناختی دارای اثر مستقیم مثبت و معنادار بر گرایش به فرزندآوری بود (β=0.29, P<0.001). اثر مستقیم اجتناب تجربهای بر گرایش به فرزندآوری منفی بود اما از نظر آماری معنادار نشد (β=-0.11, P=0.052). افزون بر این، انعطافپذیری شناختی و سرسختی روانشناختی به ترتیب با ضرایب بتای 0.44- و 0.39- اثر منفی و معناداری بر اجتناب تجربهای داشتند (P<0.001). نتایج آزمون بوتاسترپ نیز نشان داد که اجتناب تجربهای در رابطه بین انعطافپذیری شناختی و گرایش به فرزندآوری و نیز در رابطه بین سرسختی روانشناختی و گرایش به فرزندآوری نقش میانجی معناداری ایفا میکند.
نتیجهگیری: یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که سرسختی روانشناختی و انعطافپذیری شناختی از مهمترین عوامل روانشناختی مؤثر بر افزایش گرایش به فرزندآوری در مدیران زن هستند و این متغیرها از طریق کاهش اجتناب تجربهای میتوانند زمینه روانشناختی مناسبتری برای پذیرش نقش مادری فراهم کنند. بنابراین، توجه به تقویت ویژگیهای روانشناختی مثبت و کاهش راهبردهای هیجانی ناکارآمد میتواند در سیاستگذاریهای مرتبط با حمایت از فرزندآوری در زنان شاغل مؤثر باشد.
