شناسایی و رتبهبندی عوامل موثر بر ادراک فناورانه آموزشی مبتنی بر پژوهش دیجیتالی در دانشگاههای مازندران

هدف: با توجه به رشد و گسترش روزافزون فناوریهای نوین در آموزش عالی و اهمیت شناخت عوامل موثر بر آن، پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و رتبهبندی عوامل موثر بر ادراک فناورانه آموزشی مبتنی بر پژوهش دیجیتالی در دانشگاههای مازندران انجام شد.
روششناسی: این مطالعه از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوه اجرا، آمیخته (کیفی و کمّی) بود. جامعه پژوهش در بخش کیفی خبرگان آشنا به حیطه پژوهش استان مازندران بودند که طبق اصل اشباع نظری 32 نفر از آنها با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و تحت مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته قرار گرفتند. جامعه پژوهش در بخش کمّی اعضای هیأتعلمی دانشگاههای استان مازندران بودند (حدود 12 هزار نفر) که طبق جدول کرجسی و مورگان 326 از آنها با روشهای نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای انتخاب و به پرسشنامه محققساخته (55 گویه) پاسخ دادند. دادههای مطالعه حاضر با روشهای تحلیل محتوا در نرمافزار MAXQDA و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و آزمون فریدمن در نرمافزارهای SPSS تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: یافتههای بخش کیفی نشان داد که عوامل موثر بر ادراک فناورانه آموزشی مبتنی بر پژوهش دیجیتالی 55 شاخص در 8 بعد شرایط حمایتی- روابطی، یادگیری مشارکتی، شرایط حمایتی- ساختاری، بانک اطلاعاتی پویا، آرمان مشترک، پذیرش سازمان فناور، یادگیری فناورمحور و چشمانداز برنامهریزی الکترونیکی داشت. یافتههای کمّی نشان داد که برای عوامل موثر بر ادراک فناورانه آموزشی مبتنی بر پژوهش دیجیتالی 39 گویه با بار عاملی بالاتر از 40/0 در 8 مولفه مذکور شناسایی شد. همچنین، رتبه عوامل موثر بر ادراک فناورانه آموزشی مبتنی بر پژوهش دیجیتالی بهترتیب شامل پذیرش سازمان فناور، چشمانداز برنامهریزی الکترونیکی، شرایط حمایتی- روابطی، آرمان مشترک، بانک اطلاعاتی پویا، یادگیری فناورمحور، شرایط حمایتی- ساختاری و یادگیری مشارکتی بودند.
نتیجهگیری: طبق نتایج برای برنامهریزی جهت بهبود فناوری آموزشی مبتنی بر پژوهش دیجیتالی باید بهترتیب زمینه را برای بهبود پذیرش سازمان فناور، چشمانداز برنامهریزی الکترونیکی، شرایط حمایتی- روابطی، آرمان مشترک، بانک اطلاعاتی پویا، یادگیری فناورمحور، شرایط حمایتی- ساختاری و یادگیری مشارکتی فراهم نمود.
