طراحی و اعتباریابی الگوی مدرسه نشاطآفرین برای مدارس دخترانه ایران

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی و اعتباریابی یک الگوی بومی، جامع و چندبعدی برای مدرسه نشاطآفرین در مدارس دخترانه ایران بود که بتواند ابعاد مدیریتی، آموزشی، روانشناختی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی و محیطی تجربه مدرسهای دانشآموزان دختر را بهصورت یکپارچه تبیین کند.
روششناسی: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، آمیخته اکتشافی با طرح توسعه ابزار بود. در بخش کیفی، از نظریه دادهبنیاد با رویکرد نظاممند اشتراوس و کوربین استفاده شد و دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته با 21 نفر از خبرگان و ذینفعان حوزه تعلیموتربیت، با نمونهگیری هدفمند، گلولهبرفی و نظری تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری گردآوری و با کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی تحلیل شدند. در مرحله کمی، پرسشنامه محققساخته 30 گویهای مبتنی بر یافتههای کیفی در نمونهای 384 نفری از مدیران و معلمان مدارس دخترانه اجرا شد. دادهها با استفاده از SPSS 29، AMOS 29 و SmartPLS 4 و از طریق تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: شاخص KMO برابر با 0.966 و آزمون کرویت بارتلت معنادار بود (χ²=34452.786، df=435، p<0.001). در تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مرتبه اول، بارهای عاملی استاندارد در دامنه 0.70 تا 0.96 قرار داشتند و تمامی ضرایب در سطح p<0.001 معنادار بودند. شاخصهای برازش نیز برازش مطلوب مدل را نشان دادند (CMIN/DF=2.072، RMSEA=0.039، GFI=0.971، AGFI=0.957، CFI=0.941، NFI=0.967، TLI=0.955، IFI=0.963). ضرایب پایایی از 0.70 بیشتر و مقادیر AVE از 0.50 بالاتر بودند. بااینحال، بارهای مرتبه دوم در دامنه 0.98 تا 1.01 و همبستگیهای بالای بین برخی سازهها، ضرورت بررسی تکمیلی روایی واگرا و احتمال همخطی را نشان داد.
نتیجهگیری: الگوی پیشنهادی از شواهد تجربی مطلوبی برای تبیین مدرسه نشاطآفرین دخترانه برخوردار است و میتواند چارچوبی برای سیاستگذاری و برنامهریزی جهت ارتقای کیفیت تجربه تحصیلی، سلامت روانشناختی، امنیت، تعلق، مشارکت و توانمندسازی دانشآموزان دختر فراهم کند؛ هرچند بررسی تکمیلی پارامترهای مرتبه دوم در مطالعات آینده ضروری است.
