مدل همکاری دانشگاه و صنعت از طریق کارگزاران دانش

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل ارتقای همکاری صنعت و دانشگاه از طریق کارگزاران دانش و شناسایی ابعاد، مؤلفهها و پیامدهای این همکاری در بستر نظام نوآوری و اقتصاد دانشبنیان بود.
روششناسی: پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کیفی و مبتنی بر نظریه دادهبنیاد اشتراوس و کوربین انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل 15 نفر از کارگزاران دانش و اعضای دفاتر ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه بود که با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و گلولهبرفی انتخاب شدند. دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته و عمیق گردآوری و طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند. بهمنظور بررسی روایی و پایایی، از روش بازبینی مشارکتکنندگان، نظر خبرگان، بازآزمون و توافق بین دو کدگذار استفاده شد که نتایج حاکی از تأیید قابلیت اعتماد کدگذاریها بود.
یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل دادهها منجر به استخراج 385 گزاره اولیه، 166 کد باز، 29 مقوله محوری و 13 مقوله انتخابی شد. یافتهها نشان داد که منابع شرکتی و فردی قدرت بروکرها بهعنوان شرایط علّی، نقش تعیینکنندهای در ارتقای همکاری صنعت و دانشگاه دارند. همچنین، چالشهای عرضهکنندگان، تقاضاکنندگان و خود بروکرها بهعنوان شرایط مداخلهگر، بر اثربخشی این همکاری تأثیرگذار بودند. نتایج نشان داد که استراتژیهای دانشگاهمحور، حمایتهای دولتی و برنامههای بروکری میتوانند موجب تقویت تعاملات صنعت و دانشگاه شوند. پیامدهای حاصل از این الگو شامل توسعه محیط داخلی و خارجی صنعت، افزایش توانمندی دانشگاهها، ارتقای تولید ملی، توسعه بازار، اشتغالزایی و بهبود رفاه اجتماعی بود. همچنین مشخص شد که قدرت نقش بروکرها بهعنوان مقوله هسته، محور اصلی موفقیت در فرایند انتقال دانش و فناوری میان دانشگاه و صنعت محسوب میشود.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که حضور کارگزاران دانش میتواند بهعنوان یک سازوکار مؤثر در کاهش شکاف میان دانشگاه و صنعت عمل کرده و از طریق تسهیل ارتباطات، کاهش تعارضات، انتقال فناوری و توسعه شبکههای همکاری، زمینه ارتقای تعاملات علمی، فناورانه و اقتصادی را فراهم سازد. همچنین، حمایتهای ساختاری، قانونی و آموزشی از بروکرها میتواند اثربخشی این نقش را افزایش داده و به توسعه اقتصاد دانشبنیان و نوآوری ملی کمک نماید.
