بازخوانی تجربه زیسته دبیران زیست‌شناسی عراق از مستندسازی دانش ضمنی

چکیده

هدف: هدف این پژوهش، تبیین تجربه زیسته دبیران زیست‌شناسی عراق از فرایند مستندسازی دانش ضمنی در بستر فعالیت‌های حرفه‌ای آنان بود.

روش‌شناسی: این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و بر اساس پدیدارشناسی تفسیری انجام شد و داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته عمیق با دبیران زیست‌شناسی مدارس متوسطه عراق گردآوری گردید. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند انجام شد و گردآوری داده‌ها تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. تحلیل داده‌ها از طریق مراحل نظام‌مند تحلیل پدیدارشناسی شامل استخراج واحدهای معنایی، کدگذاری، شکل‌دهی مضامین و تفسیر ساختار تجربه زیسته صورت گرفت. برای افزایش اعتبار یافته‌ها از راهبردهایی نظیر بازبینی مشارکت‌کنندگان، بازبینی همکاران و غنای توصیفی استفاده شد .

یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که دبیران تمایز روشنی میان دانش نظری و دانش عملی قائل‌اند و دانش ضمنی را محصول تجربه‌های موقعیتی و تعاملات روزمره می‌دانند. مستندسازی این دانش به‌عنوان کنشی اخلاقی و حرفه‌ای برای حفظ و انتقال تجربه معنا می‌شود، اما با چالش‌هایی نظیر محدودیت زمان، کمبود منابع و دشواری ثبت ابعاد شهودی و عاطفی همراه است. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که مستندسازی دانش ضمنی عمدتاً ماهیتی فردمحور دارد و از حمایت نهادی کافی برخوردار نیست.

نتیجه‌گیری: مستندسازی دانش ضمنی در میان دبیران زیست‌شناسی عراق فرایندی پیچیده، چندلایه و وابسته به زمینه‌های فردی و سازمانی است که نیازمند طراحی سازوکارهای نظام‌مند و تقویت فرهنگ اشتراک‌گذاری تجربه در نظام آموزشی می‌باشد.
