اثر ورزش هوازی براساس حرکات ریتمیک همراه با موسیقی بر پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشآموزان پایه دوم ابتدایی

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر ورزش هوازی مبتنی بر حرکات ریتمیک همراه با موسیقی بر پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشآموزان پسر پایه دوم ابتدایی بود.
روششناسی: این پژوهش نیمهتجربی با طرح پیشآزمون–پسآزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه شامل 780 دانشآموز پسر پایه دوم ابتدایی شهر لنگرود بود که 40 نفر از آنها بهصورت نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گماشته شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه پیشرفت تحصیلی فام و تیلور (1990) و معدل دانشآموزان در دو مرحله پیشآزمون و پسآزمون بود. گروه آزمایش طی 8 هفته، هر هفته 5 جلسه و هر جلسه 30 دقیقه تمرینات هوازی بر اساس حرکات ریتمیک همراه موسیقی را اجرا کرد و گروه کنترل هیچ مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. برای تحلیل دادهها از آزمون کولموگروف–اسمیرنوف، آزمون لوین، تحلیل کوواریانس و آزمون لاندای ویلکز در سطح معناداری 0.05 استفاده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج آزمون لاندای ویلکز نشان داد اثر مداخله بر پیشرفت تحصیلی معنادار است (Wilks’ Lambda=0.400, p=0.0001). همچنین نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد تفاوت میانگین پسآزمون بین گروهها معنادار است؛ گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل پیشرفت بیشتری داشت (p=0.0001). مقدار مجذور اتا برابر با 0.60 بود که نشاندهنده تأثیر قوی مداخله بر متغیر پیشرفت تحصیلی است.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد اجرای منظم تمرینات هوازی مبتنی بر حرکات ریتمیک همراه با موسیقی موجب بهبود معنادار پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشآموزان پایه دوم ابتدایی میشود. بنابراین گنجاندن این نوع فعالیت بدنی در برنامه روزانه مدارس میتواند نقش مؤثری در ارتقای عملکرد تحصیلی دانشآموزان داشته باشد.
