تحلیل فرایند انتقال بیننسلی سرمایهها و بازتولید فرهنگ بازاری در بازار طلای تهران

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل فرایند انتقال بیننسلی سرمایهها و تبیین چگونگی بازتولید و بازتنظیم فرهنگ بازاری در کسبوکارهای خانوادگی بازار طلای تهران بود.
روششناسی: این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و بر اساس نظریه دادهبنیاد نظاممند انجام شد. میدان پژوهش شامل بازار بزرگ تهران، بهویژه راسته طلافروشان و کسبوکارهای خانوادگی مرتبط بود. مشارکتکنندگان با نمونهگیری هدفمند و سپس نظری انتخاب شدند و در مجموع ۱۰ نفر در قالب پنج زوج بیننسلی شامل سه زوج پدر ـ پسر و دو زوج پدر ـ دختر در مطالعه شرکت کردند. معیار ورود، تعلق به نسل اول یا بعدی خانواده و داشتن حداقل پنج سال سابقه فعالیت مستمر در بازار طلا و جواهر تهران بود. دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای عمیق نیمهساختاریافته، مشاهده مشارکتی، یادداشتهای میدانی و یادداشتهای نظری گردآوری شد و نمونهگیری تا اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. تحلیل دادهها با روش مقایسه مستمر و در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام شد.
یافتهها: تحلیل دادهها به شناسایی مقوله هسته «بازتولید و بازتنظیم مناسبات بیننسلی در فرایند انتقال کسبوکار خانوادگی» منجر شد. یافتهها نشان داد انتقال بیننسلی شامل انتقال و بازترکیب همزمان سرمایههای اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و نمادین است و انتقال مسئولیت اجرایی الزاماً با انتقال اقتدار و مشروعیت حرفهای همزمان نیست. پنج صورتبندی اصلی شامل ائتلاف استراتژیک، گسست تعدیلشده، ائتلافگرای نوگرا، اقتدارگرا ـ تنشآلود و سنتگرای اقتدارطلب با چالش جانشینی شناسایی شد. همچنین، اعتماد، خوشنامی، امانتداری و اعتبار خانوادگی عناصر نسبتاً پایدار فرهنگ بازار بودند، درحالیکه مدیریت، فناوری، روابط با مشتری، تخصصگرایی و توزیع اختیار بیشتر در معرض بازتعریف قرار داشتند.
نتیجهگیری: انتقال موفق بیننسلی در بازار طلای تهران بیش از آنکه به واگذاری مالکیت وابسته باشد، به توانایی خانواده در انتقال تدریجی سرمایه اجتماعی و نمادین، بهرسمیتشناختن منابع نسل دوم و بازتوزیع مشروعیت و اقتدار حرفهای بستگی دارد؛ ازاینرو، فرهنگ بازاری در این فرایند نه بهصورت ثابت، بلکه در قالب تداوم بازتنظیمشده بازتولید میشود.
