تبیین جامعه‌شناختی عوامل خانوادگی و آموزشی مؤثر بر گرایش جوانان به سوءمصرف مواد مخدر در استان گلستان

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین جامعه‌شناختی نقش عوامل خانوادگی و آموزشی ـ مدرسه‌ای در گرایش جوانان استان گلستان به سوءمصرف مواد مخدر و بازگشت مجدد آنان به مصرف انجام شد.

روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی ـ پس‌رویدادی با رویکرد علی ـ مقایسه‌ای بود. جامعه آماری شامل 2961 فرد دارای سوءمصرف مواد مخدر بود که در سال 1404 در 156 مرکز اقامتی و سرپایی رسمی تحت پوشش اداره کل بهزیستی استان گلستان حضور داشتند. بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان، 350 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری چندمرحله‌ای از شهرستان‌های گرگان، گنبدکاووس، علی‌آباد کتول، آزادشهر و بندرگز انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته گردآوری و با آزمون‌های همبستگی پیرسون، t مستقل، کای‌دو و تحلیل عاملی تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند.

یافته‌ها: بین شاخص کلی عوامل خانوادگی و گرایش به سوءمصرف مواد رابطه مستقیم و معناداری وجود داشت (r = 0.412, p < 0.001). عوامل مدرسه‌ای نیز با گرایش به سوءمصرف مواد رابطه مستقیم و معناداری نشان دادند (r = 0.326, p = 0.001). زمان بازگشت به مصرف در افراد دارای عضو معتاد در خانواده به‌طور معناداری کوتاه‌تر بود (t = 5.098, p < 0.001). داشتن دوستان معتاد نیز زمان عود را کاهش داد (t = 2.968, p = 0.005). نوع ماده مصرفی با زمان عود ارتباط معناداری داشت و مصرف‌کنندگان مواد سنتی سریع‌تر به مصرف بازگشتند (t = 7.011, p < 0.001). میان سابقه مصرف و تعداد مراجعات به مراکز ترک رابطه مثبت و معناداری مشاهده شد (r = 0.405, p < 0.001). همچنین، جنسیت با روش مصرف و منبع تهیه مواد رابطه معناداری داشت (p < 0.05).

نتیجه‌گیری: ضعف پیوندها، نظارت و حمایت خانوادگی، ناکارآمدی کارکردهای پیشگیرانه مدرسه و معاشرت با همسالان مصرف‌کننده، از مهم‌ترین عوامل گرایش و عود سوءمصرف مواد در جوانان هستند؛ بنابراین، پیشگیری مؤثر مستلزم مداخلات هماهنگ خانواده‌محور، مدرسه‌محور و اجتماع‌محور است.
